As we edge closer to spring, 2008 is turning out to be an exceptional year for Microtronix and our international customers.

Thus far, in our first calendar quarter, we have achieved a number of significant milestones, among which are;

• Shipping our new ViClaro III HD Display Panel - Video IP Development Kit featuring: Quad Link LVDS, DVI input / output card or HDMI Receiver / Transmitter daughter card, 4x PCIe and Video LVDS SerDes Tx / Rx IP Core making it the finest, leading Development Platform in the Altera marketplace. Reference designs include support for video resolutions up to 1080p @ 120 Hz. Demonstrated applications include: JPEG 2000 Encoding/Decoding & video scaling and SD – HD video conversion.

• Partnering with AVAYA on our UniCom MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) notification solutions.

• We have just released our new Access 6000 ISDN Voice-Over-IP Gateway which was successfully evaluated, tested and ordered by a major defense contractor for application within the U.S. military.

• The quality addition of major FPGA distributor partners in: Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India, the United Kingdom and Europe. In our Datacom group, we have added Brazil and Germany.

• We have opened our San Jose, California office and added Mike Shamshirian as our Vice President - FPGA & IP Core.
