Microtronix named as North American Distributor for Sendero Evaluation Kit

LONDON, Ontario—November 08, 2005—Microtronix® today announced that effective immediately, they have been chosen as the sole North American distributor for the AleaRep ( www.alearep.com ) Sendero Design Kit.

The Sendero Design Kit is an evaluation board targeting imaging and consumer applications. The Sendero board contains DVI input and output, a DDR SDRAM (333 Mbps) and QDRII (666 Mbps) Core for the Sendero, DVI & USB Avalon Bus Core peripherals for the Sendero, Drivers, Software, Reference Designs, Schematics and PCB files.

“The Sendero Evaluation Kit can be operated as both a stand-alone system or as a PCI-Express add-on card. It's functionality can be expanded by the Santa Cruz daughter board extension header.
