HDMI 1.4 Transmitter HSMC Daughter Card

The Microtronix HDMI 1.4 Transmitter HSMC Daughter Card interfaces a HDMI transmitter to your Altera FPGA development kit using the HSMC expansion connector.

The card uses the Analog Device ADV7511 HDMI v1.4 transmitter to support all HDTV formats including 1080p at 60 Hz. in 12-bit Deep Color. The ADV7511 supports the HDMI v1.4 specific features, HEAC (ARC) and 3D video. For enhanced design flexibility, the device contains a 4:2:2 to 4:4:4 converter and a color space converter (CSC).

The ADV7511 requires the use of an I2C IP Core for device configuration.
