Microtronix Announces Addition of Web UI to DX-4400 3G-SDI Text & Graphic Inserter product

LONDON, Ontario, Wednesday March 04, 2019 – Microtronix today announced the addition of a Web User Interface (UI) for the DX‑4400 – Dual-channel 3G-SDI Text & Graphic Inserter product. The Web UI enhancement offers the user the ability to configure, manage and maintain the DX-4400 unit over a TCP connection using a web browser. The Web UI runs on the DX‑4000 and presents the user with a graphical interface which greatly simplifies the configuration and management of the product.

The Web UI enables the user to:

• View and set the Mode of Operation,
• Enter, manage and edit text, graphic elements, images overlay fields and the QML scripts,
• Configure operation of the SDI video path including video resolution, video conversion, frame delay, PiP window and digital zoom parameters,
• Assign Command Strings to DIP and Toggle Switches,
• Management of system time, date, user logins, network address and configuration databases,
• Complete system maintenance functions: upload new firmware, graphic images, font files and QML scripts,
