Introduction

 

This firmware update is for the Microtronix DX-2200-SW-02, Dual-view 2x1 SDI Video Switcher product, Model Part Numbers: DX-2200-SW-02.

 

The firmware downloaded using the above link (or optionally from our our secure FTP site) as a zipped file which must be uncompressed and then installed on DX-2200 product through the RS-232 Serial port using a Uploader Program also available on this website under the Resources tab here (initially supplied with the product on a CD-ROM). An included readme.txt file provides information on extracting the file to a PC and installing the new firmware on the product.
